Capturing charities work at Chatsworth
As part of Chatsworth Estate's annual Derbyshire Clay Shoot, we were tasked with creating a video to be played to participants ahead of the event, giving guests a short insight into each charity the event was supporting.
Using a mixture of images and video content supplied by each of the five charities it was our job to create an eye-catching, emotive video that would showcase effectively the work of each organisation and encourage people to pledge money to help support them.
First to be showcased was Work Ltd who create opportunities for people with learning disabilities to develop life skills which helps to build confidence and self-esteem.
Devonshire Educational Trust is an independent charity that provides diverse and accessible educational opportunities on matters of historical, artistic and architectural interest, with a focus on ensuring greater access for underprivileged groups including children in care.
Next up was Chesterfield Child Contact Centre who provide a safe and friendly environment for children from separated families, and St Luke’s who offer specialist care for people aged 18 and older with terminal illnesses, as well as dedicated support for their families.
Practitioners at the NSPCC’s Sheffield Centre, meanwhile, work with children from across the city who have suffered abuse and are not enjoying safe, happy childhoods.
It was a great opportunity for Simon Waller, our Account Manager - Video and Creative at HRM - to select the best images, copy and video content and put together a promotional package that we hope helped deliver each charity’s message – and prompted guests to dig deep for a number of very good causes on the night!
